Claim must be Submitted

Item received was different than item ordered

Replace it with the correct item

Within 14 days of original invoice date

Item missing from order shipment

Replace with original item

Within 14 days of original invoice date

Item is defective or breaks with minimal wear

Replace with same item

Return must be postmarked within 21 days of original invoice date

 

All returns made for any reason must include original receipt.

 

Returns being made for any other reason:

Item must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached and accompanied by original receipt.  Return credits do not include shipping charges.

 

To receive credit return must be postmarked within 21 days of original invoice date.  Credit will be given in the original form of payment, store credit, or exchange for another item.
